Treaso Closet has no Return/Exchange policy.
Although, if you have received a Damaged/Tampered/Wrong article, then your order will be eligible for Exchange only. No refunds will be done.
Please note:
No defects will be considered without an unboxing video.
Make an unboxing video while opening the parcel. No defect/damages in the article will be considered without an unboxing video. Please share the video within 24 hours of receiving your parcel on our customer care number.
Exchange process:
Our team will examine the exchanged article(s) before dispatching a new one. All the tags should be intact on the article(s).

Free Delivery:
- On all prepaid orders above ₹699/- all over India.
However flat ₹100 is charged on order below ₹699/- on prepaid payments.
COD Available:
-Cash on delivery service is available all over India
-We charge flat ₹150 on COD orders.
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 working days after placement.
Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Friday, and it takes another 5-7 working days for the order to reach you based on your location.
COD ORDERS: If you place an order above ₹5000 on COD, you need to pay a minimum advance amount to proceed with your order. Our representative will call you to confirm the order and request an advance payment (minimum ₹500) online, with the remaining balance to be paid in cash on delivery. The order will be dispatched only after the payment is made. Please make the payment only on the barcode/bank details provided by us.
